Privacy Policy

Only what’s needed to run the app:

• Your account: your email address and a password (stored only in an encrypted, hashed form — we never see it).
• Your farm records: the farm name, animals, herds, expenses, income, sales, and any photos you add.
• Basic technical data: a login cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (like the time of a request) needed to operate and secure the service.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data. Ever.

• To show you your barn and your money and keep it working.
• To sign you in and send account emails (verifying your address, resetting your password).
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

Each farm’s data is private to that farm. Access is enforced by the database itself (row-level security), so one farm cannot see another’s animals or money.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the app:

• Supabase — stores the database, handles sign-in, and holds your photos.
• Vercel — hosts and serves the website.

They process data on our behalf to provide the service, and nothing more.

• Export your data anytime from Settings — download your animals and money as a spreadsheet.
• Change your password in Settings, or reset it from the login screen.
• Delete your farm and its data — email us and we’ll remove it.

A farm has one login that everyone on the farm shares. Anyone with that email and password can see the farm’s records, so share it only with people you trust and change the password if that changes.
