Terms of Service

A farm has one shared login. You’re responsible for keeping that email and password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has your password.

Please use it as intended. Don’t try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, and don’t use it to break the law.

The records you enter belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so we can provide the Service. You can export or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Bessy Tracker is a record-keeping tool. The totals and profit figures it shows are only as accurate as what you enter, and they are not financial, accounting, or tax advice. Check your own numbers before making decisions or filing.

We work to keep the Service running and your data safe, but it’s provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important — you can export your data anytime.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ask and Receive LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.

You can stop using the Service and delete your farm at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or risks the Service or other farms.

We may update these terms; if we do, we’ll change the date above, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Questions? Email wylanmarsh4@gmail.com.
